Hey there everybody! This is your friendly neighborhood Dill Records newsletter updating you on all of the happenings going on lately. We're happy to have Lars back at Dill. He was on a 6 week tour with our friends, Less Than Jake. Ross (RPM), Shannon (high school friend), and I (Lynette, RPM) went to see the Shoreline Ampitheatre show, and I must say that LARS ROCKED!!!!! He pulled it off so smooooth. I heard through the ska vine that LTJ were plotting to kidnap Lars. Of course, 78 RPMs foiled their plans effortlessly. And since we're on the subject. . . hot off the press- THE NEW 78 RPMs 7"!! 3 killer songs on red vinyl. . . The "Dillinquents" Compilation has just been released and "Mission A Complished" is almost ready. The Rudiments "Psychoska" is looking like February- posters are in already. We also have the re-release of "Nerds", the CD split with Janitors Against Apartheid and One Eye Due to legalities, the new title is "1 in 3,000 Nerds Can't be Wrong!". Pick it up when you see it cause there are only 3,000 copies being pressed and they will go quickly! And it seems we've come to the end of this newsletter. Thanks a lot for all of your support, old and new. With all the commotion and change that went down at once, we weren't exactly sure if Dill could stay afloat. But we've made it a year now at the new SF location and it seems (I'm hoping) to be settling down finally, so we can stop worrying about the life of Dill and start putting all our undivided attention and energy into our new projects and bands that are ready and able to rock a town near you and continue to uphold Dill's reputation for good music at cheap prices. * And even though we are really looking forward to "The Darker Side of Dill" aspect and have many surprises in store for you, please, ska boy, don't worry. Dill will still be doing what it has been from the start.
